Thanks for the morning laugh!!! How true!!!
I recently bought a few dark red and green heirloom tomatoes (are there technical names for these?) and used them as the T in BLTs I made for international bacon day last week. With the homemade bacon I was inspired to make by your blog, it was the best damn BLT I've ever had. I just want to take the moment to thank you for showing us all how easy it is to make america's favorite salty breakfast meat.
I'm reminded of that Sir Mix-A-lot video....
